Xoom (www.xoom.com) is a PayPal service that allows you to send money to your friends and family around the world.
Step 1: Enter into Xoom and log in with your PayPal account or create a Xoom account.
Step 2: Select send money to "China" and select the amount you'd like to send.
Step: 3: Choose send to "Bank Deposits with UnionPay cards".
Step 4: Pick your payment method (Paypal, bank account, credit, or debit)
Step 5: Enter your receipts' bank card number and other informations (name, email etc.)
